Car wash is poorly maintained. The workers in the front only spray one side of your car and don’t seem to care. The automated pressure washers inside the car wash are out of adjustment and not fully spraying the car. This has been an issue for the past month and nothing done about. Not impressed.
We pay $80 a month for our two vehicles. There always seems to be some sort of problem with this place, whether its air nozzles not working, vacuums clogged, getting the wrong wash, etc.. We pay for the graphene extreme subscriptions for both our vehicles. Today I went thru, the graphene didnt spray on my truck. Sign upon leaving said I received the ultimate wash. Went and told employee and he sent me thru again, this time I received the bottom tier express wash... told him again, sent me back thru, received the #2 ultimate wash again, no graphene spray protectant on the truck. For the price we pay, this wash doesnt do all that great of a job. Going to cancel my subscriptions, and find somewhere else.
Not only is it the most expensive car wash in the city. It is the WORST. I chose the top of the line wash for $22. My vehicle came out looking atrocious. The tire shine only worked on 3 tires. The wash brush never contacted my roof or back window. My vehicle looked as if it barely got wet in some spots. I had to Immediately go to the dollar store and get towels and rags to remove the leftover dirt and soap. My windshield even had dust residue on it. Not what I would expect for any top wash option anywhere.
This place really rocks. They have spotted nails in my tires and have let me know. As well as a spontaneous free wash. It’s been a crazy couple of weekend for me and that little bit of kindness really lifted my day.
SHADY as anything… just went through this car wash TWICE and they cheated or rather shorted the monthly service wash I am paid member for the package Number 1. The first drive thru was the basic express wash. The second was the Epic Wash. Two strikes and you are out. This is a criminal act in false terms and advertisement. Add to the fact I made both supervisors here today on duty well aware of the fact their machine was only giving the express wash and not what a monthly paying premium membership is suppose to receive. This location of all four locations here in Reno/Sparks Nevada is intentionally shorting premium monthly and all other level monthly memberships of what they are paying for in expected monthly service
