Great for a cheap birthday get together and isnt packed so you can take your younger children there and they'll have a blast. Trampolines are good but none of the other trampoline attractions work. No warped wall, electronics are down, and other areas blocked off.

As a mom of many kids, I've been to many trampoline parks. What set this one apart was the excellent deal for kids 6 and under. I brought my daughter here for her birthday (not a party). Brian ensure that she was able to participate in any activity she asked to, including the rock climbing activities, and seemed to do so with a kind and cheerful spirit (which is not typical in these types of parks!). The manager, Luis/Louis, was fantastic and hospitable and really ensured we had a great time while there. We'll definitely be back. :)

False advertising on the menu. The drinks say small ICE 4$ and the lady said it was mandatory I pay 5$ because the prices have changed but the menu hadn’t. I then asked her name since she saids she was the manager, she then proceeded to say that she didn’t work here. Mind you she has run me up for my tickets numerous of times and her name is NICHOLE!!!

Definitely better than most in the area. Things that are better: - more stuff for the kids to do - the arcade option is good to have something else besides jumping. - big enough to handle a lot of kids jumping at once Negatives: - no real food options. Just snacks and drinks. Pretzel or beef stick is all you have. Hot dogs would be a great addition. Cheap and easy to keep them cooking and ready to go. - so big it is hard to maintain sight lines with your kids if you have more than one to watch. - security is minimal. Very easy for someone to walk in and steal from the shoes cubbies (or even snatch a kid). Caveat: They do sell lockers though if you want to keep your valuables safe. Another safety issue: the entrance… it doesn’t prevent people from just walking in and taking a young child that is unattended. Scared me as a parent to have to work very hard to keep my eyes on my kids the whole time. - there were things not working or in poor shape. - there were some good workers/attendants. Others were probably just there for a paycheck and didn’t like their job and do a good job. - seemed to be minimal to no management checking on things. A visible manager should be present or roaming and interacting with customers at times. I almost gave this 3 stars but the kids had a great time so I gave 4 stars. Some room to improve, and mostly it is in the area of maintenance and management. A little more attention to details and this could be an amazing experience!!

We have had both of our kids birthday parties here for the past three years and it’s a hit 100% of the time! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the owner is a gem and the place itself is full of adventure to keep the kids happy for hours. Especially for parties! Their packages include everything you may need and you can purchase extras if you want to.
