My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with Susanne’s. They’ve done and incredible jobs at making our vision and dreams come true for my wife’s wedding rings. We just recently got a new one and we loved it so much. Colton is a true craftsman. The customer service and attention to detail are second to none. Highly recommend giving them a chance!
Highly recommend! Took in my wedding ring and band they did an excellent job resizing and soldering it together. Beautiful work! The minute my family and I walked in we were greeted with kindness, willing to help us with our needs. Very professional family-owned business and friendly. I started the process of having a wedding ring made in June the order was filled 9/23. The owner was weird about taking my gia certified ruby and called it a garnet. He could not get his gem reader to work either time he tried to examine it despite me being in there to have a ring made with it and insisted on lecturing me about it's color. After putting a deposit down for the ring I had to send multiple emails and log multiple calls in to get details on what the ETA would be and to answer any questions. I had to track them down multiple times. When I went into the store during the expected time for the ring to be done they instructed me that the machine they use for rings was completely broken and they had to order a new one. I was instructed to come back in two weeks. When I returned to the store they instructed me that they didn't have enough diamonds for the ring DESPITE having multiple months to ensure they had the necessary items to complete the job. I was instructed to come back in a week when they had the diamonds. When I called the store to inquire about my ring they instructed me they would call me back when they weren't busy. They never called me back. This lack of communication is commonplace. When I called back after multiple attempts they let me know that the delivery was either the wrong kind of stone or not enough. Either way they blamed the delay on yet another third party. Now that I have the ring it's clear by the 18k stamp with half of the 1, 8, and k missing due to them being stamped on the outside of the ring that they do not care about good work or clear communication. I took the ring to a third party appraiser and they were shocked by how the stamp morfs the light to the stamp. I do not trust these jewelers.
This is the absolute best to place to come with all your Jewelry and stone questions. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! This is my custom engagement ring my now husband helped design for me. Connor crafted and designed a beautiful and unique ring!
