I’ve had an absolutely good experience with this business! Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable! I got a permanent braclet a couple weeks ago and have been loving it! Plan on getting more! I went into their shop just to check it out! And the atmosphere was so nice! They have a lot of cute clothing and other accessories as well! I highly recommend to anyone!
I am so incredibly disappointed in this boutique’s business practices. I paid $70 for a permanent anklet from this boutique at a Mother’s Day event they were at last weekend. Not only did the chain break only hours later, but it was also already tarnished and it stained my ankle after only a few hours! The same exact thing happened to my friend who got a matching anklet in another color. I reached out to the boutique for a refund because obviously the product was not as advertised. I sent photos, etc. They claimed they had ordered from a new vendor, that they must have received faulty product, and that they would talk to their manager about a refund and get back to me. Fine, okay. If that is true then they could use my photos and the refunded receipt to get their money back from the vendor. No biggie. So I waited and was then told that the product was from an OLD vendor they no longer use because of this reason. Fine, okay, THEN WHY ARE YOU STILL USING IT?? They told me I’d have to come in for a replacement instead… but honestly, not interested in getting a replacement when the quality is so subpar and they can’t get their story straight… I mean, they told me the lady had been doing permanent jewelry for years and tried to blame the issue on the fact that it was an anklet, saying I must have been too rough with it… when at the event, the lady was literally shaking so bad she could barely hold the tools steady and claimed she’d only done a couple pieces a jewelry prior, that she was filling in for one of the other ladies… so I politely declined the replacement and asked again for a refund. They then told me they have a no refund policy, they ONLY do replacements… even though they’re selling dollar store garbage as high end quality metal. No thanks. Never doing business with this boutique again. Apparently this must be more common for them than they’re letting on if they can’t afford to refund a couple “oops” of them using old product they KNOW is poor quality. I’m not going to take more time out of my day and spend the gas to drive all the way into Spokane for them to replace a piece of jewelry that they should have never been using in the first place. Horrible business practices.
This is the most amazing boutique shop ever I love all the girls that work there! I had my bridal shower there! And it was definitely so worth the fun that I had with family and friends!❤️ also made friends with the girls that work there ❤️
As I am reading some of these reviews that are negative saying there is terrible customer service, that is completely false! Swank has the sweetest and best girls working there and will help you to find the best thing that fits you!! I’ve never had a bad experience at Swank and the shops decorations are so fabulous and the clothes are so cute! I’ve reference so many people to Swank and they are obsessed!! They have super affordable prices and the trendiest best pieces💓💓💓
J'adore ce magasin ! Je trouve toujours quelque chose de fabuleux lorsque je fais mes achats chez Spokane Swank. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont tellement serviables et prennent toujours le temps de m'aider dans le magasin. Je me sens bien accueilli(e) lorsque je franchis la porte. Récemment, j'ai acheté une combinaison ample qui est la meilleure chose qui soit !
