I had the best experience there in 2023. I had the best instructor that a person ever dreamt of having . My instructor name is Billy, he was very hard and strict on me because he wanted what was best for me. Safety is his top priority, no excuses. I went there with a mission to get my CdL and start on my goals as being a successful driver. With the help of swift, I was a first time passer, I’m currently a mentor and I’ll be an examiner real soon. I didn’t want the road to be easy, I wanted it to be worth it. At the end of the day, wherever you go, you have to have your mind made up and know your why. Stay optimistic!!!! Everyone in my class passed and now are successful. That year we had an all time high of passing. …. If I can encourage anyone out there that may read this post, remember, this is your dream and your teacher is there to help you you get there. Push by all means and don’t let anyone or anything stop you!!!! Trust the process !!!

Got my physical done, did the virtual class, I called and emailed my recruiter and my processor before I got my CDL permit to see when I would leave and I still haven't heard back from them 🤷...... UPDATE Finally got here Sunday night after driving in the snow. Just to be told there's no school emails been sent saying school is cancelled and yet my recruiter called saying I was put down as a no show for a class that was cancelled. Just keeps getting worse.

A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I came from one city to Memphis (my hometown) under false pretense that I would get approved for being a native. I gave up my job and apartment only to be told that I would be ineligible due to me a resident in another city. THEY KNEW THAT because I submitted current paystubs and w2 all saying another city. On top of that there is a permit study group done virtually that I knew nothing about. The place is unorganized and difficult to follow. I’m glad I didn’t stick with it. The recruiter also told me to print a lease off of google and sign it fraudulently. If he boldly told me this like it’s a great idea no telling what else he did. AVOID SWIFT AT ALL COST!!!

Eat healthy while you are on the road but we at the terminal are only going to stock the cooler and shelves with high amounts of sugar and carbohydrates that turn into sugar 😜. We closed down the Cafe that might possibly offer alternative choices so yeah god eating and don't worry about that blood sugar thing.

Well first and foremost, I would like to give a round of applause to Tom, Robert, and Richard for their bearing patience they had with me!!!🙏🏾 I failed today for my 3rd time.. No I’m not bashing I give props to where it’s due always, overall I had fun meeting all the people I met while I attended Swift Academy. However! I would not recommend them to anyone I was warned before going there. They need to make a lot of changes when it come to examiners and the overall system. It seems as if everything is a secret. I can go on and on but something there isn’t right! I felt like a number and as if I was being hustled and set up! On top of other things. My shot at getting my cdl didn’t seem all that fair. SOME CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE, ONCE AGAIN TREAD LIGHTLY AND WEIGH YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE GOING HERE! I should have done my research before attending, their fail rate is really high. Something is not right at this place! If you can.. I suggest you go someplace else. I attended out of convenience but hey I guess convenience isn’t always the best route to go! Majority of the instructors are too busy running a rat race.The examiners fail you for things you were not taught they are unorganized and need to get on one page.🥺 But hey,Best wishes to everyone.. P.s Again do your research and weigh your options they have a really high fail rate.
