Swoozie's is very Swoozie. It's a high-end gadget store. I purchased a gift for a friend to support a local merchant that I could get from Amazon for $8 less. I don't think the ladies working there were very friendly until they saw that I was actually going to purchase something.

I love this store. I do. But last week I walked in and shopped about 30/40 minutes. Not 1 employee said hello, may I help you or anything to me. It was complete silence for what felt like a very long time. I believe I was unwanted there. It was a very slow day - not busy at all. A few other customers walked in and one of them was spoken to, not all. Very uncomfortable. There were 4, what I thought, employees there. A man, 3 ladies. I got in my car and called a few friends and asked had it always been like that? I can’t get it off mind. Kinda sad to have such a cute store, but no upbeat personalities to make one want to go back. 💗 A positive, more welcoming customer service training could be beneficial here.

Have been shopping here for upwards of 16-17 years(before bankruptcy) I have printed hundreds of stationary gifts with them. Now I have had several failed experiences with them and the lack of customer service is disappointing. This last experience was for a client and sent off stationary that was incomplete. I have paid for stationary, printing, shipping and return shipping, taken them back and now, 2 weeks later, they are being shipped back to recipient just as they were shipped to her the first time…incomplete. My business will move to another stationary shop who has great stuff and better customer service. Disappointing Swoozies, disappointing
