Exceptional service. I required the extension of a tennis bracelet and was provided with options and honest advice. The end result was well beyond expectation and I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Excellent value for money and extraordinary service with the work completed in under a week.
I went in to get my ring resized, it's a new to me ring so I was excited to get it to be my size. I went from a size L to a size N. With the two sizes up, it seems that the jeweler has just stretched the gold which made the depth of the shank very thin afterwards. It's measuring a bit less than 1mm right now, and I'll go to another place for shank reinforcement as I am uncomfortable wearing it out. When the ring was returned, one of the side stones was actually missing so I asked for it to be fixed which they fixed straight away. However I can see that the stone is not my original one (so it looks different to my other stones) and the claws holding it in now also looks flatter than the others. It's a small melee stone so I'm not too fussed but still not the best practice in my opinion. Overall not a great experience and while I wanted a CBD jeweler to do resizing for a few more rings, I don't think I'll be returning unfortunately. Edit: in response to the shop's reply, I have not received any refunds and I don't mind not being refunded. Edit 2: adding a photo of the ring's shank bottom now, it is half a mm.
The only thing you need to know about this place is that everything will exceed expectations. Customer service, timeliness, price and most importantly craftsmanship all beyond first class. I am blown away by the quality of this work. Thank goodness service and skill like this still exists. I thought all hope was lost for two pieces of jewellery that needed very complex repairs but they’ve been restored back to their original condition.
I had a gold wedding ring that started too easily sliding off my finger as a result of me losing weight. My wife found Anania Family Jewellers online and they said they could resize the ring for me. I took my ring in mid afternoon, they measured my finger, explained to me the process of resizing and said they would contact me the following day. Which they did! I picked up my re-sized and shiny ring the following afternoon and paid the quite modest charge. Pleasant to deal with, professional, quality and timely service Highly recommend.
Courteous and attentive staff went out of the way to understand our remodelling request. We had a realistic price quoted and the work was performed to our absolute satisfaction. I would highly recommend this watch and jewellery business to anyone wanting a competitively priced job done to the highest professional standard.
