We honestly can’t thank Shane and his team enough. After a really stressful experience with a previous painter who left a complete mess and disappeared, we were so relieved to find Shane. He stepped in, fixed everything beautifully, and completely transformed the space. The finish is incredibly clean and smooth, and the workmanship is outstanding. Shane is responsive, reliable, and always on time, which gave us so much confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire job. They also left the space spotless and very well looked after. We’re beyond happy with the result and highly, highly recommend Shane and his team.
Shane and his young team have provided friendly, diligent and professional painting update to our 30 years old kitchen. The result was beyond our expectation at only 1/10 of the new kitchen cost, and jet the result is as close as possible to a new kitchen. Our satisfaction resulted in asking Shane to do more painting jobs in our home.
I had the pleasure of hiring Shane and his team from Sydney Painting Experts to paint multiple areas of my home, including my bedroom, bathroom, laundry, outdoor toilet, eaves, and fascia boards. He was incredibly responsive, providing a detailed, itemised quote that clearly outlined every aspect of the job - from surface preparation to the multiple coats of paint and sanding in between. I really appreciated how thorough the quote was, giving me complete confidence in their approach. The work itself was on another level. The attention to detail was impeccable. Every surface was carefully prepared and primed before any paint was applied, and the multiple coats of paint were flawlessly done. Shane’s commitment to excellence is clear - he doesn’t just slap paint on; he ensures that every surface is smooth, uniform, and perfectly finished. The sanding between coats was an extra touch that made all the difference in the final result. Shane's team was a pleasure to deal with. They were not only professional but also friendly and polite at all times. It was evident that they take pride in their work and go above and beyond for their customers. One example of this is when Shane noticed my back door needed painting to match the rest of my external doors. Without me even asking, he took the initiative to paint it so it perfectly matched the others. He also noticed a tree branch growing under the roof capping and took it upon himself to bring a saw the next day and trim it - now that's going above and beyond! The entire team was reliable, quick to respond, and delivered high-quality work within the agreed-upon timeline. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Shane's standards are incredibly high, and it shows in the finished product. I will definitely be calling Shane and his team again for any future painting needs, and I can’t recommend them enough.
