I have been training with Makda for over a year now. She is absolutely amazing 👏. I love her tailor-made and holistic approach to my physical and mental well-being. It's an eye opener for me to learn the callisthenics techniques step by step. Under her guidance I have changed my eating habits and started taking relevant supplements. I can now do things previously unimaginable. Her caring and encouragement truly motivate me to go the whole hog. I did not know training can be exciting. I started PT for the first time in my life with Makda and over the past 10 months I’ve been lifting heavier than I ever have in my life. I’ve been training with Makda for almost a year now, and she’s honestly amazing. After I fractured my back in an accident, she put together a plan that helped me rebuild my strength and confidence, guiding me every step of the way. Thanks to her, my back is as strong as ever. She’s also been incredible during my pregnancy, making sure every workout was safe but still really effective. I’ve gotten stronger, more flexible, and achieved things I didn’t think were possible, especially while pregnant!
