My two ragdoll babies recently spend a fortnight at Sydney Pet Resort. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that all staff really loved looking after their furry guests. The accommodation itself was very large compared to some other catteries my boys have stayed. I loved the fact that they not only have an outside run to gaze at creepy crawlies and sun bathe, but also a closed room for days they want to spend inside. My boys were so well taken care of. Normally they get anxious and come down with a flu when they come home after staying at a cattery, but this time around they came home healthy, happy and very calm. The best part of their stay was the photos that were posted on facebook. It was clear they were spoiled with pats and cuddles. I would definitely recommend Sydney Pet Resort to anyone who wants complete peace of mind when they are away.
Our cavoodle, Bailey, stays at the Pet Resort when we are unable to take her on holiday with us. She is a very much-loved member of our family, and we know that she is in the best of hands when staying at the Pet Resort. Not only do we have peace-of-mind that Bailey is being well cared for, we also know that she is having a fabulous holiday herself. The staff are caring and attentive and we will never go anywhere else! Louise
I recently boarded my two cats, Mango and Oliver, at Sydney Pet Resort, and I’m really happy with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Throughout their stay, they published photos on fb page which made me feel comfortable and confident they were being looked after with love. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh - something very important when leaving pets behind. When I picked them up, they were relaxed, clean, and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend Sydney Pet Resort to anyone who wants peace of mind while traveling. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of Mango and Oliver - we’ll definitely return. 🐾💛
Sydney Pet Resort at Vineyard is incredible. We have been bringing our dog Teddy there for the past few years, and just picked him up after a 2 week stay, and never have a worry in the world. The staff there are excellent and nothing is an issue. Teddy gets to play all day, and so excited when we turn up there (and we've been to others before we moved to the area that he wasn't a fan of), which speaks volumes as he's a bit neurotic! A bonus is they give dogs a bath is they stay 3 days, amazing offering. Can't recommend highly enough!!
Our border collie, Callie, is highly sensitive and struggles with fear aggression, so leaving her anywhere can be stressful. From the very first moment we met the team at Sydney Pet Resort, they were incredibly kind and considerate, taking the time to really understand Callie and ensure her stay would be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From the photos shared it was clear that she settled in nicely and had an enjoyable time with her new friends. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well maintained, and every staff member we met was thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. We’re so grateful to have found a place we can truly trust with Callie, and this will definitely be our go-to resort whenever she needs boarding in the future. Would highly recommend this place for collies. Thank you so much to the team for all that you do.
