James has genuinely changed my life. Before starting sessions with him, I lived with constant neck and shoulder pain. He takes the time to truly understand each client’s goals, talking through the problem and mapping out solutions before beginning any treatment. The targeted stretches and dry needling he’s provided have made an incredible difference. I honestly couldn’t recommend him more!
Brad is the best physiotherapist I've ever needed to see. His knowledge of the human body and how things stop working the way they should is profound, and he has an exceptional ability to explain a problem and a treatment in a way that makes sense. He genuinely listens to your concerns and he's very empathetic generally to the challenges we face when we sustain an injury of some sort. The reception girls are always so lovely and accommodating too. The service and treatment experience with Brad and his team has always been exemplary. They genuinely are the gold standard. 🙌🏼
I made an appointment with Sydney Physio Solutions, experiencing sciatica and was diagnosed by James with a disc bulge. He gave me a program of exercises to relieve the pain and remediate the issue. I later had scans as recommended by my GP, which showed the exact type of disc bulge and in the position James had diagnosed without scans. He predicted about a 6 week recovery, and by week 5 I was pain free. A number of people were strongly recommending a cortisone injection, and I’m glad I tried this first - as it was proven not necessary. I was extremely happy with the rehab program and the outcome. James took a pragmatic approach of using physio exercises and dry needling to fix the issue, while also guiding me through continuing some strength and cardio training that was safe to do during the recovery. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone with a similar condition.
I’ve been seeing Conner for 14 weeks for my physiotherapy sessions. He’s been so kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. My recovery has improved so much thanks to his help. I really appreciate all his support and highly recommend him! Also, Stecia at the front desk has been so friendly and helpful. She always greets everyone with a smile and makes every visit a pleasant experience.
Can’t recommend Brad and the team enough! I was recommended to Brad for my ACL rehab post surgery and feel very grateful I was. I immediately felt at ease and confident in Brad’s experience and knew he would get me back playing sport with confidence. Brad and the whole team are all professional, friendly and you can tell only want to see you succeed with whatever you need them for. I’m 12 months post surgery now and the knee and I are moving like nothing even happened.
