Absolutely horrible experience. We started at Sylvan in March 2024, and they are on the third Director now in October 2024. Quality has decreased significantly over our time there. I was skeptical of their model where the kids work on iPads and have a tutor overseeing/assisting several kids at a time. However, we trusted the national brand. Under the first director, the quality seemed fairly good. Over the past few months, we noticed a significant decrease in quality and so did other families. For example, the number of kids with each teacher increased. We have seen other families begging for a refund over the past few months due to the drop in quality and high cost of the packages only to be told "no refunds." Then, we were finally pushed over the edge by the rude staff and unhelpful director #3. We are trying with corporate to get a refund, but we are likely leaving thousands on the table just so we don't have to interact with this center again. It's just not worth dealing with rude staff for my kids to have supervised iPad time. Save yourself from this scam if you can.

I can’t praise the program and the people at Sylvan Learning of El Paso Westside enough! My son was really struggling in math and reading, and absolutely hated schoolwork. He has been in the program a year now, and has progressed his skills by 3 grade levels! He loves the self-paced sessions, homework is no longer a battle, and his self-confidence is through the roof. Thank you, Sylvan Westside for helping my son love school again!

My 8 years daughter really enjoy her math summer camp, she is felling more confident at school. Her reading classes also help her to improve. They have great teachers, and a very flexible schedule to have classes, I totally recommend Sylvan Learning.
