Great place to get rid of your aches and pains. Danny, Mike and his techs are attentive, caring and work to ease your pains. Highly recommend.
Reception is fast, efficient and friendly. Everyone seems to have a great attitude and my son's Physical Therapist is very knowledgeable. The office has a positive atmosphere. Wait times are not long.
The staff is unfailingly courteous and supportive. The pool is the reason my gait has improved. The advice and interaction with the "on land" PT is the reason I can stretch better than I have in two decades. Came here before and after hip surgery and treatment for sciatica. Coming in now as I prepare for both of those again- on the other side. I always look forward to going to Synergy after work.
I have only visited this facility once, but I am optimistic that the underwater therapy will be beneficial for me. The heated pool water creates a comfortable environment, and the underwater treadmill is impressive. The therapist provided clear instructions and was mindful not to push me too hard. The facility is clean, and the staff are incredibly understanding, compassionate, and helpful. I look forward to my future appointments and have high hopes that this therapy will positively impact both my physical and mental health, ultimately fostering a more hopeful outlook on what I will be able to accomplish physically.
My husband has been going there for physical therapy, aquatic therapy, and laser for multiple injuries from work since 2019. He’s had a right knee injury, right ankle injury, and carpel tunnel, worse one was the right shoulder and multiple surgeries. I didn’t know about synergy or wasn’t interested in sending anyone there until he started to get better for his shoulder and I meant the new owner Danny. I am now a patient and got to experience PT and aquatic therapy for my back this year. I hurt it when I got pregnant because I was working too hard when I should of stopped working and started maternity leave. I didn’t think Danny could do anything but he was able to work on my back and it hurt so bad but it felt so much better after each session. I have notice other PT facilities don’t really work on you so I didn’t know Good PT hurt. When I couldn’t do the stretches because I got big, I tried aquatic therapy and now I have little to no back pain. The swelling in both feet and ankle are down, I am less stiff and don’t get a lot of cramps in my legs which comes with pregnancy. It’s so much better than Tylenol and just putting a bandaid on the pain. I am a huge fan of the pool with the underwater treadmill. I can do the exercises I can’t do on land. I will feel it at night but the resting days I feel less stiff and my back doesn’t bother me as much anymore. Synergy is one of kind and the owner Danny is really good at what he does and Alicia is amazing! The whole staff is awesome! Chris who also helps Danny is really good! Val is great with scheduling and Tamera is great with billing and everyone is like a family there. They miracle workers at synergy and take good care of their patients. Danny can heal just about anybody or make them a-lot better with his techniques. Good PT hurts though and Alicia will challenge you but it’s worth it. The husband can lift his shoulder, walk without a limp most of the time, doesn’t drop stuff anymore and my back is so much better. It’s all because of Danny and his team.
