DELICIOUS! Only 1 word to describe their treats. We got the white chocolate honey bun cheesecake, white chocolate funfetti cookie & toffee cookie butter cupcake & ALL of them were so good, tons of flavor, didn’t lack ingredients, moist & the size is worth it (definitely shareable). Customer service was great & the young lady explained to us our options since it was our first visit & definitely won’t be our last!

OMG Yummy Yum Yum!! Let me start with the GLUTEN FREE Black Velvet Cupcakes are CRAZY delicious. This is a very cute little shop hidden off Hillsborough Ave. I tried Synergy because they offered GF items and after being disappointed by so many other cake shops I figured what the heck. Well to surprise these cupcakes are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I also got each of the regular items for my friends to try (favorite being the Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownie, Carrot Cake Cupcake and Black Velvet Cupcake) and they loved every single bite with one scrapping the cupcake paper, lol. This is now my go to for my Gluten Free needs, my only wish is that I could get a GF Black Velvet cake for my wedding but the owner doesn't do cakes like that anymore only a certain few pound cakes and cheesecakes. All of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go visit Synergy Sweets by Shonnika Denise, you will not be disappointed.
10’s across the board! So proud of Chef Shonnikka and Synergy Sweets. I remember when it was all a dream and she was coming up with the name for her bakery while we were in culinary school. From weekend bake sales to farmers markets to slaying competitions, Chef Shonnikka is exactly who she thinks she is! I traveled from South Florida to attend the Synergy Sweets 1-year Celebration and I’m leaving super inspired with my sweet tooth cravings thoroughly satisfied! I purchased a combination of her cupcakes, cheesecakes, cheesecake cakes, and cookies. Having a hard time selecting a favorite. Everything is rich, decadent, and delicious! Here’s to more years of sweet success. 💕
The red velvet Oreo cupcake was absolutely delicious, and my friend loved the chocolate brownie. The service is fantastic! You’re greeted with great energy and a smile the moment you walk into the shop. They have such a fun variety to choose from: cupcakes, cheesecakes, and of course brownies! The shop itself is adorable, with cute décor that makes it easy to sit and enjoy a treat, or you can grab something to go. I love that they change their menu every two weeks (and I hear it may be weekly soon, which is even better!). You can really tell each dessert is freshly made, and I especially like that they put the icing on after you order. Overall, I highly recommend Synergy Sweets and will definitely be back for more!
