We were referred to James at Tahoe Film Company by our photographer, and he was truly amazing to work with! We originally planned a destination wedding but had to cancel due to Covid. When looking at venue options, we decided a small elopement in our hometown of Tahoe would be perfect. We decided to contact James to create a wedding film for all of our family and friends who couldn’t be there on our special day — and I’m so glad we did! After showing James a couple of example films of the style we liked, he was able to capture our day in the most beautiful way possible. He was so nice and easy to work with, and he completely exceeded our expectations. Not only did he show up early to scope out the venue, but he also stayed late to make sure he got all the shots he needed. We were surprised to receive our film so quickly after our wedding, and we were overwhelmed by how beautiful it was! James made sure every detail was just right — from the amazing shots he captured to the music and timing of the entire film. The video is stunning, and it’s truly something we will treasure forever. If you’re looking for a talented, local film company to work with, James at Tahoe Film Company is the right person for the job!
