I went to get my oil changed first thing in the.morning yesterday. I received the BEST treatment from the staff. They are knowledgeable, courteous and informed me of what my vehicle needed and why. I always have a great experience when I go to Take 5! Thank you.
The worst experience for an oil change. They were extremely slow. I waited 30 minutes before I was helped then it took 30 minutes for them to change my oil and replace my windshield wipers bc of how much they talked to each other and me which was unnecessary. When I let the tech know that I was content with everything but needed to go, she continued to talk to me about other things I could do to my car (which I already declined) and about how they would like a review. I also asked for them to add air to my tire which they did not do.
This place is horrible. I’m not sure if they went under new management, but the service sucked completely bad. They should change the name from take five to take an hour because that’s exactly what it has been my last few times coming here the last time I came I had two coupons they were able to honor this time. The guy says he can only honor one coupon my opinion I think both of them should have been honored as long as I waited. He Told me I needed a new air filter. He pulled it out and then told me I didn’t need it. They are not very accurate when it comes to telling you what’s wrong with your vehicle or if something needs to be done I do not recommend anyone coming back to this location.
Bo and his team took really good care of my trucks oil change. Quick and efficient service got me in and out in no time with everything i needed. Took care of me without being to pushy on selling me things i thought i might not need. 10/10 would come again.
