I had a great experience with Tampa Auto Doctor. They did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle and clearly documented everything they found with photos, which I really appreciated. Everything was clearly explained and backed up with photos, which made it easy to understand what was going on. Jessica’s customer service was outstanding. she was extremely detail-oriented, patient, and took the time to walk me through the inspection results step by step. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed. If you’re looking for an honest shop with excellent communication and attention to detail, I highly recommend Tampa Auto Doctor.

Every single person there...from the front desk to the technicians, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The girls up front are incredibly sweet, eloquently spoken, and very welcoming. Walking into this shop, I felt a sense of comfort I didn’t expect. It honestly felt like my dad led me here. For the first time since losing him, I felt confident and at peace leaving my vehicle in someone else’s care without feeling like im getting taken advantage of. Excellent customer service. Competent mechanics. I insisted that my daughter bring her van to this business because I knew we wouldn't get taken advantage of and they would do a good job. The Honda dealer recommended $5000 worth of repairs on her 10-yr old van. I showed the proposed invoice to Tampa Auto Doctor. They checked everything and van needed $940 worth of repairs. Integrity and trust is what I find at Tampa Auto Doctor. Thank you Jessica, Josiah and the rest of the staff for treating us and our van well! I will come back.
Great experience! They were very transparent and worked with my busy schedule. My older car had a fluke light come on and they were extremely helpful and offered for me come back just to fix the issue same day (ran diagnostics, test drove the car, and checked engine) even at closing hours. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back in the future for them to take care of my car if needed.
