Received a quote to replace a cracked phone screen, with a new one, of $50 and would be ready the next day. Eleven days later, an aftermarket (used) screen was installed & was charged over $100. During those 11 days I received BS excuse, after BS excuse, along with a pseudo-superior attitude that only computer geeks possess. *In response to the OWNER'S reply: The shipping was not my main complaint. Nice try on moving the goal post. I don't care what price everyone else is replacing phone screens, I'm concerned with estimates (that you just admitted) that are purposely false. You only use new parts? I have the text message from your employee stating this was the only option that wouldn't extend my wait beyond the 11 days. Your reply is misinformed or a lie. Never said it was an iPhone. Another goal post move that failed. D-I-G-G-S is not on record as a customer? BS... or did your employee do this off the books?

Charged a $50 diagnostic and didn’t even bother opening up my computer, I put a tab inside as a test to see if they even did anything. Horrible shop, wouldn’t go there again.

The owner needs to learn more about providing personable customer service. He is rude and called me a liar. How dare he! He refuses to refund money spent to get computer repaired. When I got the computer back, it was in worse condition than it was when I initially brought it to this store. I had to take it to Geek Squad to get it properly repaired.

Anthony is great! Have had two computers fixed with him and he’s always communicative, fairly priced and honest..not to mention, turn-around time for repairs are so quick! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience here today! After asking for recommendations for a computer repair place in south Tampa, I got a few responses on the South of Gandy FB page to go here. I needed my computer today because I'm working on a project and the space bar wasn't working on my keyboard. I got the laptop to them at 1:30 p.m. and it was ready by 4 p.m.! (keyboard needed cleaning and a small part had broken off under the space bar, and that was quickly fixed). At $50, the cost to repair this quickly was very reasonable. Very grateful to the Computer Doctors, and I highly recommend them. I will be using this company again. Thank you!
