DO NOT GO HERE! It’s filthy, stinky, ugly and moldy in here! There are bars on the windows. Looks so gross. Please go up the street to golden hours it’s much better salon! I made an apt here and then I arrived and they said they had no appointments. Then the lady asked me if someone random could drive me to their other location. I said I obv wouldn’t be comfortable driving with someone I don’t know to some random location. Just NO!
Daniella was amazing! She greeted me right when I walked in and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. However, the overall atmosphere could’ve been better. There were two other employees; one doing her own nails and another who seemed irritated and unwelcoming. My daughter and cousin came with me but weren’t getting any services, so they sat on the couch while I was being helped. During conversation, I mentioned to Daniella that my teenage daughter does nails back in Indiana, and Daniella kindly asked to see her work. She complimented my daughter’s nails, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the other lady with the negative attitude came over and made a “no-no” gesture toward Daniella, as if she had done something wrong just for looking at the photos. Shortly after, Daniella received a phone call from the owner while still doing my pedicure, apparently to explain herself about the situation. You could tell she was uncomfortable and trying to clarify that we were simply showing pictures of my daughter’s work. It was disappointing to see such poor management and lack of support toward an employee who was being nothing but kind and professional. Daniella truly stood out despite the tension in the room.
I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, and I absolutely love it! My daughter and mother also get their nails done here. The service is always excellent, and my nails always look perfect and last a long time. I usually only come back because of nail growth — the polish still looks great even weeks later. The staff is very friendly and provides outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this place — 10 out of 10
ASK FOR MUI!!! MUI IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HANDS DOWN! Her hand painted designs are the best I’ve had! I can bring her any design and she’ll crush it every time! She did my pedicure too which was great my feet are so soft! And she really is the sweetest person ever. I also spoke with the owner when booking my appointment and she was nice as well. 10/10
I LOVE this place. First time getting my nails done since I’ve moved here four years ago and I’ve definitely found my spot. Nathan is extremely talented. And he and his husband were so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I have never been happier with a set of nails before. They came out better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend !!
