TAR did a great job of examining the shape our roof was in and giving us options on how we could move forward. We had a couple of leaks in our roof, one that needed a chimney rebuild, and they were able to guide us into next steps, as well as doing a great job on making our roof look like new.
Avoid at all costs. We paid TAR $16,000 for a full replacement of our flat roof and within a week were getting stains on our ceiling during rain when we had never had leaking before. We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.
Tar Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof! They were incredibly efficient, finishing ahead of schedule in just two days. Their neatness was top-notch - no debris left behind, and my yard stayed spotless. Highly recommend for quality and professionalism.

We had TAR Roofing recently replace the ~1,300 SF flat roof on our condo building. They came recommended and didn’t disappoint. The whole experience was very positive. High level of customer service from every person with whom we interacted. They were responsive with the quote and scheduling the work. They were very efficient with removing existing decking and replacing the roof. They also didn’t leave a trace of leftover debris. Highly recommend Damian and his team.
