Normally I don’t leave reviews but — whom ever is front desk @ 3:30-4:00p on 2/11/26 in customer service // return & exchange should be released. Harsh yes I love target but they don’t know what customer service is—.. had everyone stand in line in the order pick up NO ONE WAS BEING ASSISTED. Continued to take care of returns when there was people before them. Watched someone ask for a refund instead of picking up the product due to the bad service / experience. Ya.. Target in Edgewood isn’t it.. sorry not sorry. Absolute trash
If I could give 0 stars I would. For the second time, I have waited over 40 minutes for a DRIVE UP order that I ordered yesterday. I came in the store to retrieve the order myself. The only thing the manager had to say was they were short staffed. As someone who works in customer service, it is never a great response to tell a customer you’re going through staffing issues. Drive up or pickup does not need to be an option for this store until they rectify the extremely light staffing. Will never do a Drive up order from this Target ever again. Don’t recommend.
Recieved a gift card and couldn't get my balance online. When I called I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. When they answered they wanted a reference number and the gentle I first spoke to didn't give me a reference number before he put me through to the next person. I suggest you don't buy a gift card there and you certainly don't shop there because the customer service is the worst. And you will never find out what's on your gift card. I tried to log in before calling Target and I was sent three codes that did not work. I don't think I've ever seeing customer service this poor. Now do they have stores closing over United States. I have a screenshot of the 30+minute phone call with the phone number and in case corporate wants to speak to the people responsible for the awful service.
ABSOLUTELY FED UP with this TRASHED store!! I’m sorry Target, a huge corporation that can’t seem to staff this store enough to clean up the disaster of a sale floor? Absolutely despicable representation of what a shopping experience should be. Additionally, god FORBID the employees at the return counter need to pause their personal conversations to help you!! I waited for a whole minute to be addressed let alone helped when making a recent return. Abhorrent behavior and literally these employees could care less about doing the BARE MINIMUM!!!!!!
There are a lot of big retailers, including other Target stores, which does a very good job of keeping their stores clean and staffing them to be kept clean. This is a Friday evening, which I would imagine is a big shopping day for a lot of people. I am disappointed to say that I got dizzy looking for a pair of pants in this store there was only one pair of them. As you seen in the video, there weren't that many staff in sight either and haven't been for the past 45 mins to an hour. By the way, this is an ongoing issue here. Another thing I didn't appreciate was the aggrevated stalking by your loss prevention members. For that reason, I decided no5 to use this gift card that was given to me, nor will I pass the burden to another person. Instead, imma find a way to cash it out either online or sell it back to one of your employees. Another red flag is inventory. You can't tell me your store, being in this condition, is conducive to your inventory. Furthermore I dare to say that this is the dirtiest store out of all the stores in this Plaza priorities in the wrong place and the focus is not on the customers it's on the shoplifters and the staff.
