My husband and I hired Taste of Tampa bay for our wedding. Jake was nice in person and energetic and had ideas to help with meal selection. However, the day of the wedding it did not turn out how we discussed at our meal tasting. At our taste testing, we told Jake we had grilled chicken, steak and fish as an option for the meal. We have a few celiac family members so wanted to keep options open. My husband and I also lived in Philly and wanted soft pretzels and mustard for a night snack. During the tasting, he offered a great idea about fish tacos and home made mustards. My husband and I loved the fish tacos he made us and agreed about the mustards. We wanted to move forward with those options. The day of the wedding, fried chicken was served and plain fish rather the fish tacos he made for us. Also, there was queso instead of the home made mustards. We ordered his bar cart and that broke down on the way. Fortunately, my wedding planner communicated with him after the wedding and we received the refund for that. However, when my husband and I tried to reach out about the food and changes to the menu he never responded. Overall, the food tasted good. We were disappointment about the changes that were different from what we spoke about and not having him follow up with us to discuss a way to resolve it.

Such an amazing catering company. Food was fantastic and they didn't make us stick to 1 particular menu. They created something that we wanted. The bar was out of their awesome VW bus..it was so cool. The staff was amazing. Making sure we had everything we needed at all times. Casey and Jake really accommodated everything needed, even if it was last minute. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an event catered.

5 star wedding catering experience This incredible couple run a classy catering business out of their food truck. I'm not talking about that $50 a plate, steak dinner or that 'classic' buffet that taste like they forgot salt and spices. I'm talking about REAL FOOD. Food that makes you want to kick off your shoes and live on the dance floor. Food that tastes like a family recipie held under lock and key. They were total professionals and cooridinated everything. They had servers come arround with trays of small serving appetizers. The entre was self serve but the presentation was still incredible. Here's the best part - they kept a tray for the wedding couple in the back. When we were ready to eat the food came out hot and fresh and incredible! I have nothing but compliments. These people are amazing.
