Mark was extremely fast & responsive, communicating with me very clearly about costs & planning with getting my back taxes up to date & setting up payments, so I’d know what to expect. Once I sent him the required docs he was ready for me to sign by the next day. After that he failed to meet expectations. Not only did I have to reach out & ask about next steps, but he simply directed me to call the tax board & IRS. Never offered tips or assistance which is what I thought I was paying for. I had to research abatements & other options I might qualify for. Definitely disappointed.

I was very happy with the text Genius of Atlanta Mark Brown and his prompt attention attention to my issue with my taxes. I waited until my extension date of October 15th to locate and try to hire a tax person as I was not happy with the person I had been using. Mr Brown responded to me promptly. We had a phone conversation and I was able to upload my documents to him thinking that they wouldn't be done until next week or later but he was able to do them and get me filed before the deadline of tonight at midnight on October 15th 2025. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone as he is prompt thorough and explains everything that he did in calculating my tax return for 2024
