Tax Professionals with the big UN- in front of it. Made multiple gross mistakes over the course of the year, like paying someones else taxes from my account. Not running payroll on time. and more! Finally they kept on deducting their fees even once I requested to stop their service. Took around 2 months to receive a refund after multiple communications. Whats worse instead of apologizing and trying to fix things they tell you that you are the source of the problem. I cancelled my subscription after I got a bad service, not before it, the lack of logic within the company is astonishing. If you want somebody knowledgeable to manage your books - do yourself a favor and look somewhere else!
