Made the mistake of going to Jackson Hewitt 1 year and our taxes were messed up for 2 years and Jackson Hewitt was not helpful at all and were rude like it was our fault. Will never do that again. I recieved my W2 early this year and went to Tax Pros as always. I've been going to them for several years now and even when I've been out of state they've been able to help me. They're friendly, professional and very easy to work with every year. This review is long over due! I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly reccomend them every time.
I called Tax Pros in July of 2019 to ask some questions about getting caught up on filing my taxes. I left a message and received a call back in less than 30 min. I spoke with Jerry who was very helpful and even offered to do appointments on the weekend. Jerry was able to help me with 3 years of taxes and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Tax Pros for their exceptional service, honest prices and friendly atmosphere.
