I submitted a request for Taylor's services online, and shortly thereafter she contacted me by phone and explained to me what her services would entail and what she would require from me. She was professional and polite and very easy to talk with. Kass from her office sent me information by email soon thereafter and Kass and I set up times for me to bring in my tax documents so that she could scan them into their system. About a week later my taxes were done with all the details explained and all my previous questions were answered succinctly by Taylor. The process from beginning to end was pretty painless and would have been even easier if I had my own printer/copier/scanner. Kass was polite and approachable and a consummate professional. I hope to use Taylor's tax services again and I wholeheartedly recommend her office.
