The team at Taylor makes you feel your part of the team. I have had a couple of tricky issues with my boat, but they they work the problems one issue at a time until they are resolved. This was our first boat buying experience and the team at Taylor’s boats made it amazing. Larry, Phil and Jo were all wonderful to work with. We purchased a used boat and it needed some minor maintenance before we took it home, they treated us like family while we waited. As a Malibu owner, we consider taking our boat to a shop like we consider taking our pet to a vet.....very carefully! Can't say enough about the great company and the great crew at Taylor's. They treat you like family, work miracles like Santa and keep you running like the best mechanics in town. First class costumer service! Friendly and welcoming. Phillip the manager is a true professional. He will work with anyone and everyone to get you the boat you want and need. Service on our boat is quick and done flawlessly with open communication. Appreciate Taylor’s and it’s clear why they are the premier Malibu/axis dealer on the west coast
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thanks to Taylor Boats for going above and beyond to help us out! We ran into a pump issue right before our week long trip out on Lake Powell. They immediately stepped in to make things right. They found a temporary solution to get the pump working for the week. While also making sure the replacement pump was ordered and ready upon our return from Lake Powell. They’ve been incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure our plans aren’t disrupted. It’s rare to find this level of care and service these days. Thanks again, Taylor Boats—you’re the reason our trip is still happening!
