We reached out to Team Hensley seeking assistance with purchasing a home in the Midlothian area as we were moving from the Midwest. Sheila was great to work with from the start. We were, perhaps, not the easiest buyers to work with, coming from out of state with little knowledge of the area, a wide range of possible home types, some very specific concerns, and needing to handle most of the buying process remotely. She was so patient, smart, understanding, and dogged in helping us every step of the way. She went above and beyond several times to ensure we were well informed, comfortable with the process, and protected. She is extraordinarily competent in her knowledge, negotiating skills, ability to think proactively, and attention to detail. And she's really nice, a pleasure to work with.
