We just had to acknowledge this Merchant. This especially that, as Ms Tasha—I think is her name —Came to the rescue to assist me in figuring out the tea order I needed that was ordered two(2) months before but I’d forgotten.— While my order was being handled by her very helpful team member. We wanted to thank the management for holding their employees to this excellent level of customer care.
Ordered through grub hub a gyro for lunch at work. Had three thin slabs of meat. Worker wanted me to send pic with receipt and did. Kept explaining I’m at work. Wanted me to return the food and bring receipt. Working harder than they are to fix it is not the solution. They said the manager wanted proof. So you are going to waste my time and money to risk being beat for 15 bucks on a bs-er or constant revenue of a client. Bad call manager. NEVER using them: use Sub-station in Belleville instead. Learned my lesson today. Bronx tale: I spent less than 20 bucks to learn never waste my money there again.
Came in ordered a Chicken Cesar wrap on a spinach wrap. Received a Chipotle wrap instead. Called to speak with manager and was given the cook Charlie, who did apologize and offered a credit/refund on my next visit. The person who took the order was at fault here but nowhere to be found to take the call and offer an apology or anything. Poor customer service.
Love love love this place. I stopped in to order the green power drink. It was fresh, quick and staff was helpful. I also tried the sea moss shots and they are great too. I cannot wait to try more items off the menu. A must try!
We ordered food from their catering menu for an event at Programs for Parents last week. We ordered turkey bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit and juices. The food was good. Also, they provided the plates, napkins, utensils, sterno cans, and a gallon of water to put in the pans to keep the food warm. We will definitely use their services again.
