An inhumanely large building with more ice rinks than the human brain can process, a surprisingly small and unmarked entrance for the Tech CU Arena relative to its status as a pro sports venue, staff members who only give you half the directions you need to get where you need to be, and overpriced concessions which run out of food by the end of the second third of the game. Just awful overall. At least, the Barracudas won.
From parking to concessions the staff was on point. Always quick with an answer and a friendly smile behind it. Clean and tidy all the way around, made the experience that much better. Food was tasty with a good selection.
Great seats, great food and drinks, and parking only a few minutes away by foot? Count me in! My first time here and every seat was a great one. I love the setup of having concessions and restrooms located between where people enter to find their seat/section.
So much fun being here and it's small yet big so every seat is a great seat and the people are very fun to be around. Everyone was having a great time, staff was really nice and an overall wonderful experience. Got more tickets so we can go a lot more!
Such a beautiful venue! The new home for the San Jose Barracuda offers a ton of new guest experiences with amazing views of the players going out onto the ice from the locker rooms right on the concourse. On top of that the food items and bars are outstanding and the entire venue is just amazing. I can't wait to see what the venue has to offer
