I was surprised they even saved me money by cleaning my phone so I did not have to buy a new charging port. Even if I had to, they have decent prices. Will be back again!
recently had my phone screen repaired at Tech Hospital Westfield Kotara, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Josh went above and beyond, he explained everything clearly, gave an honest quote, and delivered the repair much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is perfect, and the price was significantly better than any other quote I received. All the staff were welcoming, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days! I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tech repairs and highly recommend Tech Hospital Kotara to anyone needing trustworthy and affordable phone or device repairs.
After asking for help from 15 phone repair shops around Newcastle and none of them could help me I contacted Tech hospital at Kotara. I have a Oppo phone so it was a bit of a neich phone hence why I struggled to get the screen replaced. They guys were fantastic. They helped me so much with being upfront about ordering the part and letting me know when the part had arrived. Excellent service, fantastic communication and a great hassle free experience. AAA+

Visited these guys today (being return customers because they were so incredibly helpful previously). My wife had dropped her phone in water and thought there was no hope of recovery. Micheal and Josh were outstanding in their customer service and attitude to help with the choices to repair or otherwise. They fixed the phone with incredible attention to details and gave good sound advice on the process and cost. We cannot speak more highly of this business and their staff. We will always go to them first with phone problems and recommend to anyone who needs help with genuinely caring staff.
