The shop owner spent half an hour of his time helping me to do this, then cleared my old phone completely (back to factory settings) and actually bought my old phone from me for parts. I have a 13 Promax iPhone with an aftermarket screen. I tried many screen protectors, but nothing would stick, or would create large “bubbles” no other shop wanted to even touch this phone. Matt took the time to apply their protector, added heat and spent a decent amount of time working it out. Honestly it’s absolutely perfect now! This shop actually cares about their customers and takes the time to do things right. I have no intention of going to any “company store” or provider for my repair or parts needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, service and stress relief!

Tech R Us is the best place to go to.This is my second time coming here and every time I went I was always greeted with exceptional customer service, I don’t know about you, but I’m very picky when it comes to certain things so I take my time, previous stores I’ve visited, I’ve always felt rushed but here, totally opposite the staff here are patient and took the time to help me find what i was looking for.They get the job done and everything they sell is great quality and not to mention really affordable prices.
