Amazing customer service is all I can say!!! Spoke with Daniel to get a quote about pest control for ants in the spring/summer and mice & voles in the fall/winter as our current and different pest control company we're using right now, doesn't even know how to return a call. Daniel was super friendly, very knowledgeable in answering ALL of my questions and his quote was less expensive than what we're paying right now. I would give Daniel and this company a 6 star review if there was an extra star to give!!! CALL TECHNICA PEST SOLUTIONS RIGHT NOW and ask for Daniel!!!
I called Technica pest solutions to deal with a mouse problem. They were available very quickly and were flexible. I had spoken to other pest control companies and chose Technica because the pricing was simple and set in advance with warranty where other companies had base fees with additional fees for each trap with no warranty. When Cedrik came to my home he was very polite and knowledgeable. He helped explain what he was doing and how the bate stations and poison would work. He also gave me information on how to avoid the problem in the future. Though I know without question that if I had any other pest problems I will return to this company.
We call to inquire about a mouse issue. Right from the first phone call it was very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. They sent Daniel the next day to come out evaluate and fix any entry points. Set some bait stations. He was super nice and easy to deal with. Explained everything and why. They will be back in 2 weeks to do a follow up. Fast and friendly!! 100% recommend
