I live about 30 minutes away. I took my PlayStation here, and was told it would take 3-5 days. After them having it for 8 days I called and was told it’d be ready within the hour, and before the store closes. I arrive around 5:20 and was ignored for atleast 5 minutes as an employee chatted with someone else. Then gave excuses as to why it’s not finished. At that point they were way past the original time frame I was given. No compensation, no apology. It’s ready the next day, and surprise it still isn’t fixed. They supposedly don’t do refunds and I have to drive another 30 minutes back and forth. It’s very upsetting and bad business on their end. I was super excited when I dropped it off and was considering buying a labtop from here. Unfortunately I was treated poorly, and am out $200, gas, and time plus still have a broken console.
Very helpful and awesome! Service was the best I’ve ever seen. Guys were on top of it and very kind. Best place to have your devices serviced. Idk who was working on 12/27/2025 at 11am … but dudes were super cool!
I would give them a 6 stars if I could. Very nice place, excellent customer service, and outstanding high quality products. Jeff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
This is not a test for real, this is the best tech repair service, meaning the fastest turnaround and priced in the Louisville area as far as brick and mortar stores that I have found. Also, the owner Jeff and certified technician Rohan were great and offered superb customer service with updates and even a discount upon retrieving my items. Thanks so much!
I was in the market for another refurbished apple watch, and I realized i never left a review for the one i bought for my mother some time back. the guys at this shop were real helpful. they took my order, packed it up, and shipped the watch out the same day. to this day, the watch functions as new and my mother loves it. will be purchasing my second one very soon
