I will never stop raving about how much I love it here!! They are so welcoming and the environment is amazing. When I’m here I always go with Kenzie and she is the sweetest person ever!! I always just get a haircut but she always understands what I want.
This salon gets 5 Stars in my book. My stylist has helped me embrace my natural curls, my hair is the healthiest it has ever been. Not only does she make me look amazing but she teaches me and shares wisdom to keep it looking good at home. She tells me what we can do and what we can’t do and understands how to cut and style curly hair among amazing coloring and gray blending sessions. She is a pro 100% and is an amazing person so I consider her a stylist and a friend. I’m always excited to go to the salon and can trust that they have my best interest in mind. 💙
Shelby is absolutely lovely. She is great at intently listening to and executing whatever vision I have for my hair. Not to mention she is the best to just chat with. I always look forward to my appointments with her :)
I booked a formal hairstyle and makeup application here for a wedding and was very happy with the service. Tea and Jamieson are a great team and were able to do both services at the same time in order to be time efficient. The atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming as well. I liked the vibe and noticed it was very clean in there.
I visited Temptd salon on 4/9 for a haircut and color correction appointment with Hope. I had also scheduled a 15 minute consultation visit with her a week before the service, where we discussed doing a cherry-cola color with a smooth, blended transition from my natural brown to the cherry cola. I like the color, but unfortunately, the transition came out very harsh (as shown in the photos), and there were multiple missed spots on the cut. I waited about 11 days to see how I felt about it, and ultimately decided to call the salon to see if they could fix it. I was told that fixing it would be full price as I was no longer within the waiting period. While I should have called earlier, I also wanted to see how it would turn out after washing and styling it myself. I had also left the salon with my hair wet so I wasn’t able to see the finished product in the salon. Hope is an absolutely lovely and kind person, but I just wish this situation had turned out better.
