I had a really great experience with Teneff Jewelry. Diane was incredible from the very beginning all the way to the end. She kept in touch the whole time and always made sure I knew what was going on. Her communication was clear, friendly, and fast which made everything so much easier. They were efficient and everything happened exactly when she said it would. The follow through was perfect. It is rare to find service that feels this honest and reliable and I truly felt taken care of the entire way. I would absolutely recommend Teneff Jewelry and especially Diane to anyone who wants great quality and a team you can trust.
I would give Mike and the team 10/10 if I could. I originally reached out exploring ideas for a custom wedding band. Life got busy, and the team was so amazing and reached back out a few months later. Again, we explored other designers in town. Ultimately we chose to go with Mike and Teneff. Mike took the time to meet with us individually to explore design ideas- and even let me change my whole idea! He was professional, and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable trusting the team with family diamonds and gold that are very dear to me. Mike and the Teneff team exceeded my expectations with communication throughout the entire process. The end result is I have the wedding band of my dreams that means so much to me. Lucky, grateful and proud to have it crafted by Mike and the Teneff team.
Everyone at Teneff has felt like family! They greet us by name when we walk-in. Our custom made rings turned out beautifully. They were on point during the whole process, checked in with us frequently and made sure we loved our design. Amazing quality work. Highly impressed and could not recommend more! The pictures simply don’t do it justice.
Highly recommend Teneff Jewelry for all your jewelry needs! I had the pleasure of working with them to design my custom engagement ring and wedding band. I had a very particular design in mind with many specific requests, and the staff at Teneff's worked diligently to make sure that every aspect was made *just* right. They met with me several times over the course of CAD design and wax casting, so that I could provide feedback and they could make any changes necessary. A couple elements were a bit more challenging to get just right (such as the shape of the leaf petals at the base of the central diamond), and Teneff's was very careful to make sure I approved of the design before moving to the next step. They also designed a wedding band to perfectly match my engagement ring, so that it would fit seamlessly against the ring's unique shape. (I chose to have them soldered together after the wedding, which Teneff's did beautifully as well.) They also provided us with a ton of helpful information throughout, such as types of metals that can be used and the pros/cons of each, shapes & sizes of stones for each part of the ring, any risks associated with aspects of my design choice and how they could help mitigate them, etc. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the rings are phenomenal as well! They turned out perfectly, and we couldn't have asked for better, for something I'll be wearing for the rest of my life. Photos are attached, especially to show the different features that posed challenges in the design process, but turned out flawlessly! I've been wearing this ring for over 4 years now: I don't remove it for anything and it has taken a BEATING. But look how beautiful it still is! It definitely is a testament to the quality of materials used, as well as the quality of workmanship. Seriously cannot recommend Teneff's enough!
