Always spotless and the atmosphere is very friendly. We prefer to travel to Manchester centre than go to our local bowling alley in Bury. Staff are friendly enough and price's are reasonable. We jave had food a couple of times and it not bad at all. Highly recommend visiting.
We really had fun here, bowling, dart, table tennis, snooker and a lots of other activities there.
Really disappointed with the way we were treated at Tenpin Bowling Manchester Printworks. We’ve been regulars for a long time, often visiting both this branch and the one in Harpurhey. Never had an issue before — until now. One of us had ID, the others have shown ID plenty of times in the past, yet suddenly it wasn’t enough. The security guard was completely unreasonable and refused to let us in, despite us explaining we've been here many times. What really shocked us was that shortly after, another group showed up — not everyone had ID, but they were let in without any problem. The only noticeable difference was that they shared the same background as the guard. It felt like we were being treated differently because we’re Jewish, and when we calmly pointed out the inconsistency, the guard got defensive and dismissive. This kind of biased treatment is unacceptable. We came for a fun night out and left feeling judged and unfairly targeted. Not how any customer should be made to feel. Will seriously think twice before coming back.
Absolutely disgusted by the treatment we received at Tenpin Bowling Manchester Printworks. We arrived as regular customers , we come almost weekly, sometimes to this location and sometimes to Harpurhey. One of us had ID, and the rest of us have shown ours many times before. Despite this, the security guard refused entry and would not listen to reason. What made this even worse and frankly unacceptable was what happened right after. A large group arrived, and not all of them had ID either, yet they were allowed in without question. The only difference? They were the same ethnicity as the security guard. We are a visibly Jewish group, and when we pointed out the unfair treatment, the guard became defensive and aggressive instead of addressing the clear discrimination. This is not only unprofessional it’s blatant double standards and bias. We felt completely disrespected and humiliated. We expect this to be taken seriously by management, because no customer should be treated differently based on how they look. Tenpin, you’ve lost loyal customers today This is shocking and should be seen to immediately.
First time coming to this leisure site and i definitely will be returning! Catherine sorted us out from the start to the very end. Cannot thank her enough with her bubbly and welcoming attitude. Food was absolutely delicious and came in a decent amount of time. The atmosphere itself was welcoming and just a cool vibe.
