My wife and I both had a bit of a shopping spree at Teppermans in Kitchener. Scott from the tv department was very knowledgeable and helped me come to a decision about what I needed. He pointed me in the right direction and settled on a great choice for my needs. 5 stars to Scott. If you're looking for someone who knows his stuff, he's your guy/ i highly recommend you go and talk to him. My wife bought a couch and two chairs. Great service and information from Bonnie who made the process seamless. We've purchased from Teppermans before and we'll be back.

Bought the chair I wanted, and am happy to say, it is available ! Being shipped to the store today. My son and are going straight there when it comes in and taking it to my Dad. We had a great experience shopping at Teppermans in Huron Rd. Kitchener. The store is huge and has a good variety of items. The store also has an area were kids can color and watch tv. They were even offering popcorn and coffee! We were assisted by Bonnie. She was awesome! She took her time showing and suggesting us diferent bedroom set options. She offered her knowledge and help every step of the way! Very pleased with the overall shopping experience!
Richard is a great communicator and knew right away what we were looking for to make our home cozy and comfortable. We look forward to our new massage sofa set! Mohammed the manager and Troy help us pick out unique pieces that add value and savings within our family budget! It was time for a change and look forward to spending time at home. I like to say I had 100% excellent service today even with the new trainee standing close by learning I like that. Amazed it easier for the new trainee to learn from the person that I was working with on the sales for the order that I made. It makes me very happy to see that happening it makes easier for someone to train one-on-one. I have excellent service with the person I worked with to do my order very happy. Even when I phoned back two or three times to talk about the order it helped me a lot. I was there several months back and did order I was happy with my order that's why I'm a return customer. As I even will be a return customer again for anything else I may need I let all my friends know to shop there as well. I'm very happy thank you very much.
