Terry Sayther is the only independent garage in Austin I trust to work on my Range Rover Sport. Whatever the issue, they have the skills, expertise, and parts to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. Their systems and communication are great, too. Highly recommended.
Fast, honest service, and they are not “pushy” when recommending services. They also keep you well informed. Great pricing, especially considering the fast turnaround time. It’s also worth mentioning that it’s always the same service advisors and staff. Rhett and Nicole are a pleasure to work with.
Duncan is extremely nice and they did quick and good work on my BMW M5. As an enthusiast it’s hard to find a shop you can trust with your performance cars, but these guys are great 👍
We took our Land Rover here to get fixed and felt the staff was very honest, thorough and were not pushy about anything. We weren’t very easy customers to deal with - there was some miscommunication and Rhett and his team were very kind, beyond courteous and did not lose their temper when they could have over the misunderstanding. I would recommend this shop to anyone 10x over.
I just had my first repair at Terry Sayther on the recommendation of a friend and fellow BMW owner. The repair was completed in a timely manner for about half what the dealership wanted to charge me for the same work. Rhett was excellent with customer service and communication. I was thrilled with my experience and will be using this shop from now on. Highly recommend.
