This is not my “home” office, but I come here because Holly is phenomenal. She loves her work and is very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with both of my experiences here and will definitely be back.

PA, Ivanna Saucedo removed a cyst from my young daughter’s neck. Spoke to her and explained everything she as she did it putting my child at complete ease. I loved that my child was her focus and she came first. So many times the doctor or pa speak to the adult. My kid was laughing and asking questions. She even showed her the blob that was removed. Ms. Saucedo is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend Texas Dermatology for any concerns you may have.
I had the Halo Laser with Holly and I could not be happier with the service and overall experience. She was patient, explained everything step by step and made me feel the most comfortable I possibly could. I, 10 out of 10 recommend the Med spa and Holly.
Dr. Kelts is very approachable and a great doctor. I am very happy with his work (face/neck). I am still in the healing process (just 2 weeks since the operation). He has a different approach/technique and it looks so natural, not like a mask. If you wouldn’t know that I had it done and don’t know me, you would not notice „work being done“. Regular follow ups. No complications, no complaints! It is tricky to get in though with his staff, therefor only four stars. Otherwise, I highly recommend him!!!
