Said the store was closed 20 minutes before close (close is @ 9pm), and told people to leave ON the announcements!?!?! Items have the original price on them and yet they still charge higher than original price? Absolute disgrace of a company!!!
Great store with excellent choices. Steve is a fantastic store manager who really treats the emoloyees with respect and treats the customers the same way. He’s friendly and professional at the same time. But it’s his interactions with people that really makes a difference!! Kudos to him and the store!!
This store was definitely better than the Goodwill far as more clothing items to choose from. I like the space not to cluttered. It was organized and clean. Not much in home decor or toys. Some of the prices were good some of them a little high.
If you’re looking for work clothes, they have them. But the prices are astronomically high high. When you compare to Walmart or Kohl’s or Burlington, the prices are almost retail, which is a turn off for a thrift store.. The prices should be competitive because they are donations. When people donate or give it is not only helping the business thrive but it is also helping the community. So think of the prices. Also the dressing rooms are not open which is another small inconvenience because people like to try things on before they purchase them. Customer service doesn’t start at the register.
The store is dirty with overpriced items. The clothes are 2 steps up from a trash bin. The electronics and home decor use to be okay for a diy but now it's not useful. The staff is doesn't greet customers. They're too busy playing around on their phones and talking each other.
