Five stars plus! Thank you Alex, Manny, the rest of management, and upper management ((who I'm careful to thank even though we haven't met) because there surely has to be a trickle-down effect from you guys down to every employee that showcases the people who you try to be-the people who you are.) These guys will take care of you and any of your tire needs with excellence, efficiency, and flair. They will put their heart into what they do. Thank you to Texas Tire for going above and beyond expectations or requirements. You will be my tire guys for as long as I drive cars, trucks, RV's or Oscar Mayer weiner trucks. You know being that I travel locally in a motorhome I see many different communities within the cities and suburbs of the metroplex and I see what God is doing; He's bringing forth within us something better than what we've previously been. My experience with the guys at Texas Tire is a perfect example of how all of us are becoming better humans and has given me a renewed sense of hope. Thanks guys
Great price & service. The new manager Nick was great, he went above & beyond to make sure I made a great purchase! Plus...my new rims & tires look great!
Had a flat with a fast leak on a Sunday when almost every tire shop was closed. Found Texas Tires on Maps and decided to give them a try. The manager Mike was awesome — I just asked where I could find an air pump, and he not only filled my tire for free but offered me a great deal to plug it too. Super friendly crew, chill shop vibe, and a great selection of tires and rims at solid prices. Definitely my go-to from now on! 10/10 experience — highly recommend Texas Tires over the big-name shops!
If you don’t read all of this just know you are warned DO NOT USE TEXAS TIRES THEY ARE TRASH. Went to Texas Tire on a Saturday morning around 9am, and it literally took until 2pm for them to put new tires and sensors on. After the work was done, I left and the tire sensor light came on. The manager, supervisor, or whatever he is stated it was probably his machine that wasn’t working right. Then told me to try a different store and have them pair the sensors to the car. So I went to 2 different stores just to find out that’s not the issue. He did give me my money back but we had to go back again because the tires weren’t balanced properly and was causing vibration. They rebalanced the tires but my wife overheard the guy tell the mechanic to over torque the lugs because he didn’t like my attitude. So the mechanic did and broke my studs. They had to fix them of course but that took a couple of days to get the new studs in. So before I took my car back I decided change my brake but I couldn’t because they destroyed my lug nut lock. So I took the car back that day and told him what happen and he said ok I will replace them with the regular lug nuts. I was like ok cool I don’t like them anyway. He said “ go over to the dealership that is 30 mins away and have them take it off”. I went to the dealership, they took it off, but the lug he gave me didn’t fit and I already had 2 studs broken. So I Called and told him and this dude said “ go ahead and drive with the 2 lugs but don’t hit any pot hole or bumps.” (My wife recorded the call for me lol) so I have it on recording. I was like no let me call you back. So I talked to the dealership to see if I can get a new lug nut lock and they told me that they don’t make that lock any more that I would have get a new set or buy the lugs. Which both are about $62. Called Texas tire back and told the guy and he was like no I’m not paying $100 for that no way. I told home y’all are responsible for that and the lug nut you are trying to put on aren’t even the lugs nuts to my wheels by the engineering specs. And he was like well I refuse your service and you aren’t allowed on my property anymore. Long story short…DO NOT USE TEXAS TIRES. They are trash. Use discount tire. They treat your stuff like it is their own.
Needed my wheels and tires switched out for my truck and these guys went above and beyond to help me out, even the manager came out to help when my rim wouldn’t come off. Thanks again, great service.
