Initially the accountants was very helpful, on top of everything, and always on time in helping with tax/business GST. One of the staff member left recently, so I had emailed them multiple times to chase up, making sure the BAS would be done on time. I have received a respond that it would be followed up by someone, but nothing had happened. I then emailed multiple times again and no one responded till it was overdue by few weeks, and I ended up receiving a penalty warning letter from ATO. It was quite disappointing, even now that no one had responded my email regarding tax return (do understand it is busy season). Hopefully we will see some improvement here.
Very happy with Vault’s services. After having issues with my previous tax accountant i found Vault through google and engaged them based on their reviews. Very happy i did. They were very professional and thorough with explaining everything to me and very efficient and fast. Would highly recommend.
Having worked with Vault Accountants for the last year regarding SMSF, Financial Planning, taxation advice and doing several tax returns, Craig and Brad have given me good constructive advice, and have been supportive throughout the process of moving superannuation from an industry fund to self-managed. I would have rated Vault a 5, however I have had some small difficulties in the tax return process that, while were addressed adequately, in future could be improved with better communication. I will also note that this took place at the beginning of the financial year when tax returns are taking place for a lot of people and that it's a stressful time of year for all, and that it's a less than straight forward tax return with a lot of components. I look forward to a continued relationship for the next several years.
I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I came to Morgan in the hope to set up some personal insurances (an overwhelming task to say the least) and she was able to explain everything so well and so clearly. She took the time to listen and clarify what I needed to ensure things were set up perfectly for my needs and made the process so easy. Thank you Morgan! We also have a seamless experience with our Tax Return each year with Vault, so we will be clients for a long time to come. Thanks again Team!
Excellent service from Vault Accountants. They made the process feel very easy and straightforward.
