Outstanding quality and attention to detail! I took in two garments to be resized and they came back better than the originals! I couldn’t be more satisfied. I don’t have frequent need for alterations but I’m so glad I found someone to trust. Thank you!
Found my wedding dress for $250!! My stylist Rebecca was so kind and helpful and offered a variety of dresses aimed to my style. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. So happy I went here! Ask for Rebecca 🥳
Got my wedding dress altered, they were so sweet and amazing and helpful. When I felt that I wasn’t going to be happy with the alterations, they listened to me and help me find a solution I was happy with. Would use again. Thank you Rebecca!
These ladies saved my big day. I came in flustered after having Stellula Designs damaged my dress and these two saved the day. They kept calm and fixed my dress in a timely manner 5 days before my wedding day. I am forever thankful and will refer them to every bride I know.
I was referred to Cheryl by Sweetheart Manor. They told me she did an excellent job with corset backs, and that they had a deal with her where she would do them for $50. This was not true. She charged $120 which, by the way, would have been fine if the service was good (it was not). At my initial consultation I immediately knew something was off. When I told Cheryl all she was doing was the corset back—and not the sleeves or hem—her demeanor immediately changed. She became cold. I believe she was mad that we weren’t having her do the other services. When we went back the second time and mentioned that my future MIL would be doing the other alterations, she said in a rude tone “wow, you must be QUITE the seamstress to be able to work with tulle.” When we got the dress back the color of the corset back did not match AT ALL. The dress is a creamy, yellow-based white. The fabric she added is a blinding, blue-based white. I took a poll on my socials: 100% of the 54 people who answered said it wasn’t a match, despite Cheryl insisting that it was. Now, I will admit that my future MIL and I did not say anything when we picked up the dress. We were both shocked and confused and very put-off by Cheryl’s strangely aggressive behavior toward us. We wanted to make sure we were right and that we were not as angry as we were when we left before saying anything. Cheryl used this fact against us when we complained :) When I went in to ask her to fix it, Cheryl WENT OFF about the review my future MIL left (see Stacy Cosper below). She said my MIL had boasted about how great a seamstress she was and how she was MUCH better than Cheryl and that she had said a million disgusting, nasty things about Cheryl. I was shocked. My MIL is typically a kind, collected person. I couldn’t imagine she would say stuff like that. SURPRISE! She didn’t. I confirmed this by reading the review (and you can, too!). She said she would not fix the dress unless Stacy removed the review. I said fine, we would do that (but since she won’t fix the dress, we won’t). Cheryl also claimed I had “approved” the fabric she used at the initial consultation! I was NEVER shown fabric at the consultation. I was measured and sent on my way. Believe me, had I seen the fabric, I would not have approved. Cheryl grabbed my arm during the interaction where I asked for her to fix my dress or give me my money back. She stood so close her body was almost touching mine. She sweetly said she wanted me to have a great wedding. It felt slimy and manipulative. I was extremely uncomfortable. I told Cheryl she had a week to fix her mistake. I have other alterations to do on the dress (sleeves, hem) and wedding photos coming up quick. She asked when my wedding date was. I said that didn’t matter—she had a week. She very rudely, sternly, and almost yelling, asked again when my wedding date was. I told her, but again reiterated that she had a week to fix her mistake. She refused to fix my dress. She refused to give my money back. I had to resort to filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Do not go to Cheryl. She is unprofessional. Her work is shoddy. She cannot admit when she has made a mistake. She does not deserve your money or your time. Do not let her ruin another wedding dress. I wasn’t even going to post this review (which I wrote MANY months ago) until she responded to my MIL’s review with blatant lies. Cheryl: don’t even try to deny what you said that day. Idaho is a one party consent state, and I have video evidence.
