Very disappointed. This used to be my go to place to wash my car. I had not gone back in about a year and not I noticed it has been "modernized" - which would be great except that the people that work don't seem to put the level of care that this place used to known for. My car was vaccummed horribly. The door sills were all still wet. The hatchback door was literally still dripping with water after driving home for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I left in a hurry when my car was done and didn't notice until I got home. But, I started to notice how bad the vaccumming was while driving. Considering the prices have got up considerably as well, you'd expect to not have to end up drying and vacuuming your car again. Do not think I'll be going back. 😔😡
My experience here was a 5 star because of the hospitality and great work done by the employees. A plus is that there are massage chairs too, four of them, feel good day at Tge Anaheim Car Wash!I recommend going here for your carwash necessities!
Total Scam - Avoid This Place - Lazy Liars This location completely misleads customers with their so-called “hand wash” service. Instead of a thorough wash, two employees merely spray your car with water and scrub it with a dirty brush. After that, the car is sprayed with soap and rinsed off—no hand washing happens at all. The whole process shows zero attention to detail, no genuine care, and absolutely no quality. If you care about your car’s finish, steer clear of this place and find a business that actually knows how to do a proper hand wash. The owner’s response to this complaint shows he clearly doesn’t understand the problem. Even worse, he misses the fact that no one is actually washing the cars—just spraying soap and rinsing. It’s obvious he doesn’t get it. Why would I have to bring my car back for a proper wash? Why didn’t they just do it honestly and right the first time when I was there?
Anaheim Car Wash is truly on another level under the new ownership! You can already see the difference—they’re renovating the entire place and giving it a fresh, modern feel. What really stands out is their new membership option. It’s a total game-changer: super convenient, easy to manage through their app, and it helps save money in the long run. The new staff is friendly, attentive, and you can tell they care about delivering great service. Plus, the upgraded products they’re using make a noticeable difference in the quality of the wash. I’m definitely a fan of the direction this place is headed. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to this car wash plenty of times with no issues, but this last visit completely changed that — and not in a good way. I wanted to do something nice for my girlfriend, so I took her car in for a wash. Simple enough, right? Wrong. They rushed through the job like they were trying to beat a world record. Water spots were still all over the hood, and somehow the gear shifter ended up with scratches on both sides. To top it off, there was a fresh dent on the door frame near the window. None of that was there before. When we called the next day to report it, they told us we had to come in at a specific time to speak to the manager — no flexibility, no apology, just attitude. When we did finally get in, the manager immediately tried to flip the blame on us, suggesting maybe someone tried to break in because we “left a wallet out.” Seriously? The car was in YOUR hands. And did he check the cameras like he said he would? Doubt it. Bottom line: this place used to be solid, but now it feels like a scam wrapped in soap suds. They don’t care about you, your car, or taking responsibility when they mess up. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else.
