Wow factor big time! Totally impressed with The Art Room in the Strip District. Was there June 21, for my niece Adriana’s wedding and was really impressed with everything about the place. I really recommend this place for a wedding. The staff were truly professional. Real nice place!
What an amazing experience we had at the Art Room for my daughter‘s wedding celebration! Kirsten, Lydia, Claire, and Laura were all fabulous! From the minute we reached out to them and then met each one to the very last hug goodbye, everything was perfect! They are the kindest and most knowledgeable people and the hardest working group I’ve ever seen! Everything looked so beautiful because the venue is amazing! I would recommend it to anybody and if I ever need another place for a party, I will be going there!
When looking for a venue we were lost in a sea of hideous carpet, BYO everything and large spending minimums. We were having a hard time finding exactly what we were looking for until we stumbled upon The Art Room. Its modern industrial look, exposed brick, high ceilings and hardwood floors were everything we could have hoped for and more. When we originally booked the venue it was for a micro-wedding. However, our wedding later transformed into a 120 person guest list. We were worried about the space feeling too small but Kirsten, the director of events and one of the on-site venue coordinators, did a wonderful job of walking us through room setup to make sure our day was able to flow effortlessly. Kirsten took so many meetings with us, answered countless questions and worked diligently to help bring our vision to life. She, along with the other venue staff, had such attention to detail. We couldn’t have been more happy with the way venue set up turned out. We used The Art Room’s in house catering and the food was fantastic. They worked with us to come up with unique menu selection, their signature cocktails and many dietary restrictions. So many guest told they loved dinner and that their food was absolutely delicious. We are so thankful that Kirsten & The Art Room helped us make our special day perfect and unforgettable. We highly recommend The Art Room to any couples who are looking for an excellent wedding in the city!
When I tell you we are the BIGGEST fans of The Art Room. We cannot encourage you more to utilize this space for all your venue needs. We had our wedding here, and it was the most all around incredible experience. The venue speaks for itself and is absolutely stunning. It is so unique and intimate. The staff was the happiest bonus. We initially toured and worked with Kirsten. She has to be the most kind and patient human who fully embraced our quirks. We then worked with Bre, who is top tier. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed and then some on our special day. Her passion and energy did not go unnoticed. We did not expect to make new friends out of this experience, but the folks at The Art Room deliver. We shared so many laughs and cries, and we thank you for the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding journey so exceptional!
We had our wedding at the Art Room in May 2023. Kirsten was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. She is organized and personable and really willing to make any wedding dream a reality! We chose to do all of our catering through the PA Market which made the process so easy as it is affiliated with the Art Room. The Art Room is a beautiful venue and hardly needs any additional decoration - just let all the artwork and architecture shine! PA Market catering is delicious with so many great options. The bar packages are very flexible and our guests raved about the food and drinks. Cannot recommend this venue enough for a small-ish wedding. The dance floor is very intimate and made people feel comfortable busting a move which made for an awesome party. Hotels are very close by and guests said that the Strip was very easy to navigate. Great for a wedding with a lot of out of town guests to show them all the great parts of Pittsburgh. We love the Art Room!
