I have had the Baltimore Handyman Company do several jobs for me, including repairing my broken privacy fence, hanging a ceiling fan, and paint my outside shed, which had large areas of peeling paint. I have always been satisfied with the results! It's very easy to communicate with Jeff, and I'm grateful to have someone to turn to for jobs I could never do myself.
I hired these guys to install a strike plate on my front door. I wasn’t on site but the Tennant approved of their work before they left. When I came to check it out, the deadbolt didn’t line up well. Jeff and his team did everything to send someone back out ASAP and make sure everything lined up to my satisfaction for free before charging me for the initial repair. These guys are honest and hard working which is hard to find.
I contacted the Baltimore Handyman Company about repairing a clothes rack and patching the holes in the closet in my bedroom. I sent the company a request for a quote online and a representative quickly contacted me. I explained the job to her, and she mentioned that someone would contact me back soon. A few minutes later the manager of the company, Jeff Rubin, contacted me and listened to the details of my project. He expressed his kind sentiments about it and scheduled me to have the work done in that same week! Jack was sent to my home to complete the job and his work is excellent. He quickly secured my clothes rack back on the wall and did a superb job plastering the holes. You cannot tell there were ever any holes in the wall now! After the job was done, Jeff, the manager, contacted me to make sure I was pleased with the work, he asked me if I had any questions and gave me his cell phone number to call him if I had questions at a later time. I am very impressed with Jeff Rubin and the Baltimore Handyman Company! They have excellent customer service, and I am pleased with the workmanship. I will definitely contact them for assistance regarding my home improvements. projects. PS - I forgot to mention during this time, my husband was in the hospital having major surgery and when I told this to Jeff and Shelley, a representative of the company, they were very kind and expressed sincere sentiments of support to me. We have a 100 year old home with a large wrap around porch. Our goal is to keep the porch in great condition by maintaining the structural quality. We have worked with Jeff and Rick twice replacing rotted wood, replacing steps, adding hand rails and painting all floor boards. The quality of the work has been excellent. We are very happy with the results. Will use again!
