We were looking for some barbecue while visiting the area and knew we made the right choice when we came for lunch and the parking lot was full. There were lots of locals enjoying themselves and we did as well. Our group had brisket and smoked turkey and all was excellent! I had banana pudding as well and loved it. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the man who cut the brisket and cashed us out said the business has been owned by the same family for many years. Excellent food!

I got a few pieces of dry meat on my previous visit, and they immediately reached out to have it replaced. It's so tender and their potato salad is delicious. 😋 all of the places in Texas, and I think I found "our spot." They cut it right in front of you, so you know what you're getting while ordering it.

Had a great experience at The Bar B Q Man Restaurant! The prices were reasonable and the bbq was good quality. We had brisket, jalapeno sausage, and chicken with pinto beans, potato salad and coleslaw. The bbq sauce was good and complimented the bbq. The sweet tea was very good and I think I had at least three cups! The staff was very kind and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Corpus Christi!
