We had such a good time on our Barwalk Tour. Emzy was very knowledgeable about SA history and made it fun with lots of old pictures of celebrities who visited SA. He is an avid history buff and all around good guy! I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

Emzy is an amazing tour guide! You can feel the authenticity of his extensive research/wealth of knowledge and love of his ancestral town, San Antonio. Emzy welcomed all questions even if it was off topic or alcohol induced. He has an excellent rapport with the bartenders and staff of his chosen locations. My husband and I had the best time. You will not regret choosing one of his tours! We did the straight up tour, worth ever penny !!!

We did the Straight Up tour and it and was absolutely fabulous. Emzy is a great host and guide, thoroughly answering any question you might have. Everywhere he takes you and everything he tells you about he can backup with research, photos, blueprints, newspaper articles etc. We learned so many things about the history of the Alamo and the Menger Hotel (among others) that you wouldn’t hear on another tour or read about on a plaque. The tour was very interactive and by the end of the night we felt well informed about the city, had had lots of laughs, and had made some new friends!!

I took the classic Barwalk and I have to say it was the absolute highlight of my trip to San Antonio. Emzy is a funny, engaging, and most of all knowledgable host. He knows pretty much everything about San Antonio and is clearly passionate about it's history and sharing that history. He also knows basically every bartender in town (and let me tell you, those bartenders know their stuff!) I finished the night utterly drunk and full of fascinating information. I can't recommend this highly enough!

Mon amour pour l'histoire et les excellents cocktails a croisé le chemin de The Barwalk tour. Je faisais partie d'un grand groupe, mais Emzy, le guide touristique riche en connaissances, nous a facilement guidés à travers l'histoire enivrante de the Alamo city. À chaque question que nous posions, davantage d'histoire se dévoilait. Chaque bar recélait des mystères et des récits du Far West et bien sûr des boissons délicieuses ! Si vous cherchez à vivre un orgasme historique, je vous recommande vivement cette expérience !
