The ladies were amazing! They fitted me and 2 friends in and did a great job. So funny and friendly! Would definitely recommend :)
i have been going here for over two years now and i could not think of going anywhere else. the people are great, the service is great. I have never seen such close attention paid to ensuring my nails and eyebrows were what I wanted. Nat and her team are incredible and build such a strong relationship with each and every client, I always feel welcome when I am there. I could not recommend this place enough!!
I have just read the negative review posted by a lady (business women from out of town) and would like to say that I was there on the day the business was able to fit her in for appointment, even though they were very busy . Firstly , The Beautician is exactly what it is , it covers many areas of beauty treatments as well as nails . Yes, she was asked to step outside while talking on the phone , by the owner . When people attend beauticians, hairdressers, dentists , doctors and many other businesses with clients sitting in working or waiting areas the majority of clients , as I have found and done myself , display good manners and leave the area , without being asked ( common courtesy). None of the other clients in the salon knew what had taken place until this ‘ business women’ walked back into the room and proceeded to verbally abuse the owner in front of all the other clients and staff. It was very cringeworthy and embarrassing for everyone . She continued to do so while having her nails done. The owner suggested she leave and would not be charged for the her treatment , however she continued to have the treatment and continue to verbally abuse the owner and another member of her staff. Everyone was feeling very uncomfortable. I’ve had the pleasure of attending this beautician for many years and have always found them very respectful, friendly , hard working and excellent at their job. To the owner and staff at The Beautician, hold your heads up high and feel very proud of an excellent business operating in Newcastle . To the ‘lady ‘ involved, you need to work on your personal development and respect for others .
This was the most beautiful, calm spot to have our pedicures. I’m not sure if they usually take walk ins here, but we walked in and were incredibly impressed. Thu and Mai were some of the kindest nail techs we’ve visited. So funny and generous. Also a great price considering hot stones were used, and that it was one of the best foot massages in my life. We’re not from Newy, but if we were, this would definitely become our regular spot.
I come here every month to get a biab infill, the ladies are lovely and great at what they do. I usually see Mikki and she is always so gentle and a perfectionist with my nails. I always leave very satisfied with the service.
